GENERALLY, ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER
HAS BEEN PLACED.
Please allow up to 2 days for us to process and approve your order for shipping.
Wig orders come with $100 insurance, we encourage you to add additional insurance in the event your package is mishandled with USPS. You can leave your insurance request in your check out box and we will contact you before we ship your item with the insurance pricing.
If you are getting a unit customized it can take longer due to units being customized in the order which is placed.
IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN MISDELIVERED OR LOST- PLEASE PUT IN A CLAIM WITH USPS/UPS. WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES WITHOUT A CLAIM NUMBER.

We have your contact information, all updates will come to whichever way you checked out via email /text. Pls, reframe from contacting for updates if your order is within your shipping policy. We take pride in providing you with great quality and don't want to feel rushed during the process.
Store Pick ups
All order placed online will be available for pick up 3-10 business days. Please watch your email for updated pick up notifications.
LATE/DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Kingdom-Ology Beauty & Training Center will not be responsible for late or delayed shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, and/or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, observed holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
FAILED DELIVERY | REFUSED SHIPMENTS | INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping information before you submit your order for processing. You must give us the most accurate and complete information possible. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Make sure you have included all of the required information (zip code, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be solely responsible for additional shipping charges. Your purchase indicates that you have read and understood our shipping policy and agree to adhere to the terms as set forth.
Refund Policy for Custom Wigs
Wig Return Policy
Due to the nature of this product we currently offer exchanges only within 3 business days of purchase. Please select options very carefully. I will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. Please note, I am not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a wig that does not fit. I am also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs. If you are looking for a very specific color, I strongly recommend sending the exact color choice and brand. This small investment can save you hundreds of dollars worth of headaches.
Deposits Non-Refundable
We are currently not taking deposits. Full payment is due when placing your order. However we do allow payment plans through our third party companies which are , PayPal.

Attention to all clients!
Due to No-show appointments & same day cancellations effective June 1, 2024, I will no longer accept online deposit when traveling out of state. I now require a non-refundable full retainers fee when booking hair appointments.
